I get most of my nutrients from specific raw organic blenderized vegetables (see my raw food and cancer page). Some other important herbs and supplements I also take 1 Zyflamend Whole Body twice a day with food to reduce inflammation: Zyflamend, New Chapter 120 hexane-Free Softgel Capsules [Take one softgel two times daily.See Blaylock's book and newsletters, and my cancer pages. On them and in Blaylock's book/newsletters, he tells not only about the vitamins and many of the supplements you asked about, but the correct forms of them (e.g., magnesium malate, magnesium ascorbate instead of acidic vitamin C, etc.) I would use Lugol's iodine instead of kelp, which absorbs heavy metals from the environment that it is grown in.I wouldn't take too much manganese except what is in a good multivitamin (I use Activite Sport 4/d per 150 pounds; proportionally less for smaller person).I wouldn't use L-Glutamine; it's an excitotoxin and stimulates some cancers -- see Dr. Green tea extract (EGCG), pomegranate extract (a specific one -- see main cancer pg), high dosages of enzymes (to digest cancer -- the outer cell wall with which it hides from immune system), Resveratrol, Vitamin D3 (7500iu/d), K2 (MK7) & sauerkraut (only cabbage, salt & water -- no preservatives -- raw homemade or Bubbies brand is best) every day as another source of K2, and several other supplements/herbs are quite important, too.
Every one of us has some cancer cells in our body every day (due to errors in cell division, DNA damage caused by radiation, chemicals, viruses, genetic tendencies activated by bad diet or lifestyle, etc.), and our immune system is usually successful in destroying it, so a strong immune system, along with a very healthy (specific organic foods in certain balance for your MT) diet, specific supplements (at reduced dosages, unless there are symptoms that cancer is overwhelming your body, e.g., tumors, abnormal bleeding, or other standard cancer symptoms listed in Merck Manual or on ACS site), lifestyle, spirituality/attitude and environment, are keys to fighting cancer. The information you need is here: please read it and use it!There is no easy way out of reading and learning what you need to do to help save your life by simply talking for a few minutes on the phone or exchanging a couple of emails: you're trying to undo a lifetime of bad habits and it's going to take some work, and after you beat the cancer, you are still going to have to follow a very good diet and lifestyle and take supplements (fewer than when you had active cancer, but still substantial) to help keep the cancer from returning. Also, see my imagery/visualization howto (on my main Cancer Protocol page -- search using your internet browser's Find or Search this page function). Blaylock has several newsletters about reducing inflammation. Blaylock's newsletter is a good one to subscribe to: every month he has a great issue. Also, I recommend getting his book, "Natural Strategies for Cancer Patients" ( and his free columns on Newsmax.
